Really learn about your family or group
This particular gameboard that you see… Is actually pictures of my heritage, starting from my grandparents back. These are actual pictures of my relatives going back 100 years. You can see a few that I had no pictures, and a few that I had no names even… And that was very special for me to make for my family. But I can make one for your family also. It’s okay just to give me names if you don’t have pictures. And if you’re doing a genealogy, then it helps to know just one thing for as many of the people as possible (which would make up a deck, which is optional).
After a person rolls the dice and lands on a spot, he places his colored bingo chip on that space. And then he picks up a card on the deck that says something about some person on the board. If that person knows the answer he goes to that spot and puts another bingo chip, then it’s the next person’s turn. You don’t have to have a deck, but if you do… It gives people who know the answers an extra edge. This could be made up of an organization with the pictures in no particular order. Because of the amount of work necessary on this… there may be an extra set up fee and you have to work with me on it, feeding me information.
But what a way for your kids to learn their ancestors! And something about them. The person with the most chips laid down wins.
